Panagiotis Delithanasis in a few words

Chef Panagiotis Delithanasis has been working in the field of gastronomy over the past 15 years. He has been trained in the famous Alain Ducasse's cooking school and the eminent Ferran Adria's research team. 
He is head chef of the Loco Bus restaurant and the Cooking Workshop Consulting. He has cooperated with top and prestigious chefs such as Lefteris Lazarou, Dimitris Skarmoutsos, Christophoros Peskias, Herve Pronato, Yannis Parikos and Vasilis Mouratidis
