In 2003 he graduated from High School and studied in the Greek Technological Institute (TEI) of Athens where he completed his studies in Enology and Spirits Technology in 2008 (Final Essay: Sulphurous acids substitutability). For the following two years, he attended the 3 "WSPC" levels.
At the same year, he obtained the Professional Certificate in Spirits with grade: Great Pass. Additionally, he has attended several master classes (tequila, run, foreign vinery, whiskey) by Giorgos Loukas in "Genius in Gastronomy" and was certified by the STAREGISTER FSMS as Sommelier
He was a founding member of the website www.infowine.gr and took part in many tastings for the VIMAgourmet magazine (Xinomavro, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon tasting - Issue No. 52, 53, 54 February-April, 2010). He has written various articles (www.estiatoria.gr, Athinorama).
His career began in 2003 as bartender at the Club Restaurant "Apercats" and next at "Chakra" Bar. He has worked as Sommelier and bartender in many and known restaurants and resorts (Ammos Club Restaurant, Lesvos, Akrotiri Club Restaurant, Dekko Club Restaurant, Varoulko Restaurant, Winoterra Wine Restaurant - manager of 1200 wine labels and a great number of spirits, Passional restaurant - creation/formation and maintenance of the wine list, Funky Gourmet restaurant, ** Micheling as Head Sommelier, Danai Beach Resort & Villas, Chalkidiki).
In 2011, he participated in the Contest for the Best Greek Sommelier and was awarded as the Best Young Sommelier and Best Debut Sommelier. For two consecutive years (2012 & 2014) he won the second place at the same contest.
He is official member of ASI (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale).
