In the forthcoming event of DETROP boutique, the standardization, commercial and export companies of olive oil and the quality of table olives, will have the opportunity to claim an award for the quality of their products.

There are two separate competitions, the International Competition for the Quality of Exceptional Olive Oils "OLIVE OIL TROPHY" and the International Competition for the Quality of Table Olives "TABLE OLIVES TROPHY" which came up from the cooperation of TIF-Helexpo and the Scientific Club of Friends of Olive Oil & Olive "FILIOS”.

The exhibitors of DETROP boutique 2022 as well as companies of the specific sector from Greece and abroad can participate in the competitions for a distinction of prestige.

At the same time, the visitors of the exhibitional event will have the opportunity to visit the special part of this initiative, the OLIVE INFO CENTER (Pavillion 10) to enjoy flavors and varieties of quality olives and to be informed about the process of olive production. Meanwhile, they may learn about pressing and standardization of olive oil and olives as well as about the official methods of organoleptic evaluation -testing.
